Please start the downloaded program by clicking on "Run". With Windows Vista or later, you might need to confirm you want the program to be executed.

You will receive a unique session ID, which you should enter in the appropriate field. Then click "Connect". During the entire duration of the support session, you will see the exact screen information that is accessible to the support staff member. Data transfered between your PC and our equipment is encrypted with 256-bit AES. After completion of the session, the remote program is completely removed from your system.
